not really, your relay drawing looks good, but you have it supplying ground to the two step thru the button/switch.


the PDF shows a +12v input on JH9 for the two step.

that means you should come off the relay (terminal 87) and supply +12v to the "stutter box" at JH9 when you want to activate the two step.


don't get all excited about relays, it has 4 pins:
2 pins to make it open/close - think of an electro magnet, it has a ground and positive to make the electro magnet suck the little switch inside the relay over to another position.

then, you have 2 pins for the input/output:
-1st pin is what you input (ground, power, whatever)
-2nd pin is the output of the relay (feeding the circuit you want controlled)


just relax and think about it as a switch.
