Pressure testing heads?

Ok, so I have my junk tore apart..... Problem: I can't find anything wrong? I know I had coolant in #5 on the driver side, but I can't find anything wrong with the gasket, I don't even see where coolant was getting through the gasket?

Anyone know who can pressure test a head to see if it might be cracked or something? My heads look great and I just can't find anything wrong so I'm worried. (I know simmons does it I just dont want to wait forever for a simple test.)

I'm thinking about using this PT kit we use here at work, I'm just worried it may be soo small I wouldn't see it until it was under pressure.

I doubt you cracked a head, those heads are not crack prone from what I've seen. Any machine shop around your area should be able to pressure check it for you. It takes longer to clean the head than it does to check it. 30 minutes or so cleaning, 15 minutes max to check it. We charged $30 per head at the shop I used to run.
If you have the ability to do so, you might want to pop the valves out of the wet cylinder before you get it checked. It'll give them a look to see if the head might be leaking from under a valve seat.

If the head PT's good, have them check the deck surface for warpage.

So..... I called these guys, Holy crap! they do port jobs for most of the big 2v performance parts distributors that we buy our parts from........... They can setup a package for our specific setups complete,flowed and out the door............ And their prices aren't that bad ither.

They already do them for most of the big modular shops, he wouldn't disclose who, because of their privacy policy. He said that they actually perform the CNC work and put the client's shop name on the work. He said they can specificly design the port for what you want to do and flow it that way, or use one of their many shop specific port designs.

He also said that 90% of the orders he gets are from performance shops or distributors, and 10% retail. And they have a direct account with most of the major spring,valve,and cam companies.... which could save us locals some $$$

They have been here a while. I talked to them when I blew my head gasket a few years ago.

you didnt hear that from me, but yes theyve been at it a while and did Buckners heads if im not mistaking.
