I've never had an employer look at my driving record unless my position required me to drive a company supplied vehicle. Some employers and insurance companies do view your credit score which has an impact on the ins. rates and your employment. This should not be a practice allowed imo. A persons credit score or driving record should have nothing to do with employment.
If she has a clean record currently and has had a good driving record in the past some insurance companies will "forgive" the first ticket. The State will also drop 2 points in one year if her record stays clean. Just do not ask me how I know this...lol But I think I paid for the new asphalt on I-26.
