Default wtb: few peices of aluminum

i am looking for a few things mostly scrap metal peices of

tubing= 2inch thin wall
square tubing= 3/4inch think wall again

im building a peir fishing car to haul my gear

wish i knew im in chas 2 times a week on deliveries i would have picked it up

see what happens when u sleep on it lol

im also looking for aluminum mesh or possibly a good stainless flat plate with holes or what not.. can be solid as well i guess... beggers cant be choosers...

if u run across any pick it up lol

how thin for the thin wall 2 inch? and how long or what number of what length pieces? saw cut or faced and chamfered for welding?

for the 2 inch tubing

semi thin wall. its only for holding my rods on the side of the cart. but id like all my rod holders to be the same thickness so it looks uniform. 8/10 would be the idea i will also be making surf rod holders to stick in the sand thats why im saying 8/10 peices

with that said a 10ft stick should do me perfect.


so 1ft general size smallest id say would be 10inches
^^ as long as its not an angle cut to make the 10inches straight cut 10..

hope this helps.

i am not sure on the tubing size yet... as far as length.

please do.. im not against buying some just would ratherget sum scrap than buy full sticks.

Found a bunch of 1.5 OD .125 wall aluminum pipe..... would that work?
