That says a whole lot right there, the man also drives a damn ProMod.

yep, thats fu*ked up

when you start testing your car, do you need to go to a track near proline and they will help sort it out? i'm so interested in this, i would love to see and hear the thought process involved in sorting out these types of cars

part of my deal with ProLine is that they are going to tune the car. Specifically, Steve Petty will tune the car. That's a pretty big deal to me because from what i understand he charges $1000 a day to tune. He is argueably the best turbo tuner in the world, and i get him for free. (well, i guess i paid dearly for him, but he doesn't show up on an invoice)

As far as the chassis- Sheppard will tune on it. They will come to every race with me, and that doesn't cost me anything either. They have also helped me with the build- I hesitate to use the word "sponsor", but i guess that's what they are. They have given me about $10,000 in labor at this point and gotten me about $5000 in free parts.

It's really not all that complicated. It's getting close to a very involved program, but it's not quite on that level. I cannot afford to race a class that you actually have to have a full time crew, etc. If i had no help from anyone, i could pull it off by myself, and that's what i wanted.

Tim Lynch, Brad Brand, Jeff Paulk, Todd Berry and those guys do track rentals at Commerce pretty regular and i have been invited to join them, so i guess that is where i will go. What a wealth of info that will be.

the black mustang (kevin fiscus) and the Dark Shadow Grey Mustang right there at the top of their homepage both have the exact same motor as me. They built 3 of them and i am the only one that isn't out yet.

I would love to have a big crazy rig but i spent too much on the car. I will be rolling poor boy style by their standards with the F350 and 28' enclosed. The rig doesn't make you any faster, just makes it a little more comfortable. Maybe next year if work turns around.

Tim Lynch and Doug Patton built mine i believe, Steve Petty came up with the combo. Doug is a partner at ProLine and the main engine man. Tim is an engine assembler. They are all very good at what they do.

Do you take check? Free room and board? Cover cost of time away from normal job? Cover the cost of travel expenses? Crew apparel covered? Massages paid for after every big win?

That is just some of the gray areas that I am sure many are wondering

no, no, no.
you need to read again- i said ENROLLMENT fee. We can talk about the monthly fee after you fill out your application and go through the approval process.
I will need your account info for automatic draft.

I understand that Wes. Having to see what services will be offered before the small little pocket change enrollment fee.

When we enrolled our daughter in Daycare we knew what we were getting before hand. It wasn't a big surprise.
