After a 3 month vacation we were able to fire my motor off last night. Would of been Thursday if I hadn't screwed up the intake gasket. Big thanks to Mitch, Daryl, Bill, and Deven. If it weren't for Mitch I probabley wouldn't even have the motor in the truck by now.
Thanks to Arthur @ AVT for building my motor. Motor runs and sounds great. Arthur gave me a great deal. Haven't been able to drive the truck yet, but hopefully after a brake job we will be ready to go. |

I think if the brakes had been finished it would have been over last night.
And that would have been done also if some A#* bag would quit riding around with Mike's parts on his truck. |

In my quest to be the fastest L, and just to make sure, I broke a part on Mike's truck and he will be unable to drive it until atleast Monday.
Thats what he gets for taking back his parts. SORRY MIKE. P.S. Tried to take out one more but he had his eye on me. I'll get him but it will have to be later. Last edited by Richard Head; 02-02-2008 at 08:41 PM. Reason: somthing for Slow04 |

1st off the said part was rigged up in the first place. 2nd you didn't break it. Your idea placed said part in a position that when I stabbed the throttle it broke. So in reality I broke it ![]() Although since all delays have been my fault so far, I'm going to let you take the blame on this one. |

And i thought I was the only one who could break parts on a non-running vehicle. Wow good to see I am not alone.
