Yup saw this on a SVT board yesterday. I couldnt beleive it. Those bastards would have to pay me $5800 to do the work that their highly skilled tech would do. lol

Yes but its not signed by the owner/builder of the motor in the same fashion as this!

Was talking about this at work today. If you install a part wrong, does Chevy still cover it? Or... Do they say "Too bad. Owner messed it up"?

I would say they would cover it. The article says its covered by the same 100k warranty or whatever so hopefully it would be as if one of the normal builders did it. Good question though and ya better read the fine print!
