Ok so the truck is going to HHP for Jeff to do some tuning, however when testing the E-fan and SC coolant pump after the wire tuck to hide it all I noticed any positive pressure at all has the intake gaskets looking saturated in fuel I assume. It wasn't quit moist enough to get on anything to smell it but it did feel very much like fuel.
This thing has been torqued and re torqued. Is there something I'm missing. I mean hell the blower weighs damn near 200 lbs and the bolts are torqued to 9 ft/lbs like they should be. Best I can figure is the tune poring fuel in excess. Even then it would be sitting on the pistons and not filling a entire runner in the head.
Any ideas? Or does it look like ill be paying for more than a tune?

I hope so. But I guess I'm just going to give them the truck and ask for the bill when it's up and done.

What injectors are you using with that setup?

There is a good chance that it is a PCM calibration issue. Depending on what kind of "base tune" Arrington sent you it could be way off. I have yet to see one of theirs, but I have seen many that have been less than stellar.

It is supposed to be the tune that came with the edelbrock system just reformatted for the 7137 tuner with a couple changes do to the cam and displacement changes. It has 54lb/hr injectors and yet the name of the tune has "80lb" in the file name once it's loaded on the tuner. I have has the time to get into what all parameters they have modified so it could be anything at this point. Just sounds like a time bomb to me right now with fuel seeping out.

If you can e-mail me a copy of your file, I can try and look it over tonight and see if something stands out.

Is that an empty bolt hole that is not used by the blower?

Well, it is definitely set up for 80's. Do you know what your Baro value is on the scan tool with key on engine off?

Do you know the part number of the injectors you have? Are they the GM ZR1 style?

Here is the kit. I know the blower is a ZR1 style but I'm a second mechanic and my tuner is at the house. Truck is going to be at the shop in the morning with it all.

Hunters Bend in Ladson behind the middle school of Royle Road. I'm emailing you everything spec wise on the motor and everything I can think of on it. I left a little more stuff to be done for you guys :-). Caltracs and some small stuff. I threw the supercharger book and a chiltons manual in the truck with the tuner. I'm working on that email now. Just don't rape me on the labor please. I got service software I know how many labor hours everything takes. :-). Thanks again for all your help man. You probably just save me from divorce :-). Ill be at the shop for a few tomorrow to drop off some stuff. Let me know if there is anything you can think of I need to bring you. You going to be up there around 1-2ish tomorrow ?
