You're going a little crazy w/the brake calipers, man! Have you done any ducting for them at all, yet?

Real talk: Are you going to swap to a 6-speed? I hope the answer is yes.

Cobalt had Ferrodo 2500's and from what i saw that was slightly more aggressive than an HP+ and i liked how they did once i switched to blue.
That's the good shit rite ther!!!

If that is an actual stock brake pad for certain GM models, I'd be highly impressed. Ferodos, IMO, are the best street/AX pad. I'm on my 2nd set.

They are ferodo rebranded as brembo and then rebranded as ac delco... 215 a set thru crateenginesdepot.com

THe pads did awesome and basically the only time people changed away from them was for xr1s lol

I haven't gotten the V1s to fade so I haven't felt a need for ducts.

Ducts will be part of my oil cooler/splitter project.

Never felt the need for a M6. I will be doing paddle shifters sometime.

so whats the purpose in the bigger brakes then? i thought you ran on a meh street tire... going from worn out RE050A's to new NT555's allowed me to dig deeper into the brake pedal enough for it to fade and NT555's are garbage.

RE-11s aren't a "meh street" tire. Best 200treadwear (Below 200 isn't a street tire in SCCA Rules) tire you can get.

I pull 1.8 60fts with -2.0* camber in the rear on them; and they are the best handling non r-comp you can buy to boot.

It was the IRS shootout at Darlington. I'm not going to drive that far and not race.
