Charleston county makes a big difference. A lot of companies won't even write policies for it and when they do it is a good bit higher. All of this makes no sense to me because the winds from a hurricane are not going to stop dropping limbs on houses at the county line. Also by the time a hurricane made landfall the wind bands would already be out past the county line as well.
