lol. yeah back in the day i was to say the least, a moron. i know i'll catch shit today for it and always for that matter lol. its not like i could hide behind a computer forever to cover my stupidity. to me the welcome i've gotten here is better than i expected lol. but yeah my days on fastgm to say the least were a total fail. it is what it is. i've learned from it and i feel i've matured alot. but anyhoo back to the honda
kaizenspeed balance shaft delete came in today. i also got a 20$ gift card with it, pretty nice ![]() engine should be coming in tomorrow or friday. just going with a h22a from hmotors. i've got my eye on a m2b4 tranny, oem lsd. as far as engine goes im not gonna mess with the internals, maybe one day. but going with a euro r im, rosko racing fuel rail, prolly some 370cc rc injectors, walbro fuel pump. exhaust and header im not too sure on at this point, we'll see

Fogrive me for asking, but I am not familiar with the import scene; but why would you want to remove the balance shaft from your engine? I would think that would create engine vibration and harmonics issues.

You know I am not one for judging people by whatever everybody else says. So until you do something different to prove otherwise, You have atleast shown some restraint to fall into the pissing contest that normally goes on with some of the new guys.

When do you expect to have it up and running or are you waiting for more parts?

there's still some things i gotta buy and work on. right now the top thing for me is getting the engine bay painted again. matt said he'd talk to the guy who did his car a while back and let me know. im also waiting on a crank pulley removal tool so i can try to get the bolt off, hopefully while strapped down to the pallet. gonna go ahead replace all the seals on the engine, timing belt, water pump, etc. gotta re-do the brake lines and get an engine harness made up from a company called rywire. ecu. quiet a bit of smaller things. right now im hoping sept/oct to turn the key and get it running. if i can get another raise at work that would help some. at the pay i get i've got to work about 50hrs a wk to keep up the pace

How about this. Lets see who can get their car done first. Then go to the track and see who is faster.
