You look at the other pics in that series and you can see the AIR pump pickup tube sitting next to the radiator. I took all of that shit off probably a year before having to switch. Either way that was a fun car until the guy hit me in it. Now the car sits stripped down to a shell. I have gone through a couple different motors. The trans stills sits in my shop up there. That's the third one the Boeing Team has saved from the graveyard. The cost to fix 7189 was $70million. Would not be suprised when they pulled the tapes if the FEB found the Anti-skid switch in the OFF position.

I saw the first one in person that went off the runaway in Afghanistan. They missed the runway, pilot error. I have alot of pictures of it, have to see if I can find them.

I have a bunch too. Isn't that the one Mike Mohn went over to help with the slings or write the procedure for the slings......... I remember they gave the AF little to no time to move it or NATO promised to bulldoze it off the runway.

I've testified on two FEB's, what makes the final report is very rarely what really happened

Im not saying you're wrong or that is not the case, but i can tell you a lot more in person than i should or could on here about those final reports; even when deaths are involved. Those reports say nothing more than the FEB and the Wing King want them to say!
