I agree with BadBob. I fit almost all of the rules for this race, all except the tires. I was just trying to see if the rules would change before the race. I dont want to spend $460 on tires that I wont use.

I'm not complaning about anything, just inquiring to see where I fit in.

So your car has tags and insurance but just big tires? I say we pair up first round with me on 28s and with tags and insurance and if you win then you continue on!

No, just the oppsite. My car does NOT have tags and insurance, but currently the rules dont require it.

It's fits ALL but one.

Factory dash - yes
working headlights - yes
max tire 28" - no
factory windows - yes


Thats it. The only rule I don't fit in is the tires, and I can change them.

My questions were to help me decide if I wanted to get some 28"s and give it a try, not to irritate you.

Having a street car race and allowing a slick just makes no sense to me. If other tracks can get a radial/DOT tire to hook, then why can't Dorchester?
