how you can tell if you are a Real Home Mechanic..
had to stuff a clutch in the chevelle.
had a walmart bag on tail shaft of the tranny, with tie wrap on it was wrassling the tranny back in last nite, had wife on the business end of the jack, lifting up the front. she said "um, it's leaking....." i thought, oh the wally world bag ripped and was dripping its little bit of contents.... NO...it was GUSHING out the tail shaft. soon, i could feel my chest & side & back getting soaked. just kept working, rolling around in it, till i had the tranny in the bellhousing, and up on the rear cross member. crawled out from under the car, pulled my shirt off, and good grief....  i just grabbed a squeegee, and had her squeegee the gear lube off me. stink stank stunk. and she made plenty of rude comments
