Default Nice Firehawk for Sale

http://charleston.craigslist.org/cto/3195073017.html

It's a bit too much for a daily, otherwise I might think about picking this up.

How much power can 30lb injectors support? Sounds like weak sauce but I could be ignorant on the matter as well.

I was thinking the same thing about the single 255 Walbro as well.

won't get past 550 rwhp with a 255 pump. injectors need to be at least 60.

That pump is PLENTY enough for that little motor. I was using the same pump, making almost 600 to the tire in my LT1 car. The 30lb. SVO's are probably cutting it close on duty cycle 'if' it were to be sprayed. On motor, they should be just fine.

I gotcha, I just read that he had everything prepped for a 300 shot (ton of gas) and figured that pump might be a little small.

It was up there for the longest time; for a pretty penny too! It was gone last weekend when I went by there.

The 300 gun probably had the stand alone cell for the fuel side. You could get away with not going further into the fuel system that way. I didn't see what kind of numbers the car supposedly put down but with a car like that I would probably put it on the rollers before money changes hands. The owner is talking about putting two big turbos on it, very doubtful he plans on leaving the current motor in there.

You can see the fuel system in the pictures.

I ran a single 255 and 42 lb injectors until March. Don't know how much HP but ran OK.

Thought this thread was about tires. oh well.

I wouldn't put 300 through a plate system on a fuel injected car...The front two cyclinders aren't getting as much nitrous as the other six.
