Default Mounting and balancing 22's

Anybody know of a reputable place that can mount and balance new tires on my Tahoe...without raping my wallet? They are 275/45/22's so pretty much the standard truck size.

Masterbend (Badbob) can do wheels and tires. I would let Robert do it if he can mount 22's on his machine.

Tire kingdom by Lowes does mine every other year.

took them 3 tries to get right size tires in stock this go round, was only 2 times last time (the guy this year, ordered the WRONG size that the guy had ordered last year, instead of going out and LOOKING at the truck. )

thats why you dont tell them anything other than the exact tire you want ordered. 235/40R18 95Y Michelin Pilot Super Sports... if i tell you that info and you dont order the tire then i'll go to the next store.

the truck was in thier bay with 4 tires on it.
it was a comedy of errors...but won't much comedy in it.

one time, the kid took my tires off to rotate them, got confused,
then put them back on in same locations.
I have my tires named, so i knew where they were (not really, but i think Jacob does....)

<-------------thread drift imminent-------------->
i have basically found, that anywhere you go, they are gonna SCREW IT UP somehow.

it's just a matter of who you want to screw up your car/tires/house/whatever.

true craftsmanship, skill, and attention to detail are things of the past...

I think you are better off to go to Bob's, and stand there and watch him, than to leave it somewhere for some teenage kids to work on.

I've had Robert do multiple wheels/tires for me. He does great work. No need to stand there and watch him do it.

I agree with Neal... no reason to stand there and watch Robert. Granted I have never had him do wheels, but he has done exhaust and some chassis welding for me and it's always been top notch with an unbeatable price. Robert is one of the few people left that will do exactly what you want the first time.

Just don't let him try and scare the F out of you by yelling when you're pulling on the rack. Gets me almost every time.
