C.S.R.A. Dragbike Association coming to Bowman, May 2013

CSRA Dragbike Association plans to come to Bowman Dragway for one of our 9 races scheduled for the 2013 season. Everyone is welcomed to come race with us. We will likely do an ET bracket race this time.

Check us out on Facebook. We are all local racers just trying to bring organized class racing back to our area. There are 3 events planned at Carolina Dragway, 3 at Orangeburg Dragstrip and one at US 19 Dragway in Albany Georgia. All of our events will be held during normal track test and tune days except the event @ US 19- it will be held in conjunction car race with bike top gas and ET bracket event. Please join us at any or all of our events. Membership is encouraged, but not required to race with us.

Stay tuned to this post for further details such as the exact date, time, entry fees and the specific class we will have at this event.

If you have any questions, feel free to post on this thread and i'll try to check back from time to time to give you an answer. We are all simply racers, not promoters. Our races are 100% payback. We are looking for sponsors.

First race of the season coming up on March 10th at Carolina Dragway. ET bracket race- all run field. No delay boxes allowed. Anything else goes. Next CSRA Dragbike Association meeting to be held on January 12th. Time and place to be announced. Anyone interested in racing with us, please try to attend..

We are having a meeting on January 12th at the Ryans in North Augusta to continue discussion of our plans for the 2013 season. We will begin collecting membership dues and then intend to elect officers for the association. By Laws will be discussed also.

If you plan to race with us in 2013, please come out. We need your input. Remember, you don't have to be a member to race with us but there are benefits to officially joining our association.
