Default Octane and knock

The results from our Vampire test on an F150 HD show that a drop of two octane points requires 16?? of retard to quell the resultant knock at low RPM.

Very easy to see now why a load of sub par fuel can destroy an engine with a "safe tune".

Vampire knock controller rules!!!
