To everybody with a Cruise Recall

Parts showed up today to perform the recall on ALL affected Ford/Lincoln/Mercury vehicles. No more disconnecting speed control switches. Stop by Jones Ford Monday-Friday 8-5 and Saturday 8-2:30 to get your recall performed.

Call ahead if you want. My direct line is 308-8931, or go through the switchboard at 744-3311.

I heard mention about a Recall for the Recall I had done to my cruise. Any truth to that?

The recall on the recall does not apply to the F-series trucks. It's mostly cars and some vans. They had an issue with the fuse on the jumper harness being on the incorrect side of the circuit. There are very few vehicle applications that had this problem.

I had the recall done and it was so ugly I just yanked the whole cruise control out.

No I leave the drinking at work to the pro's, You know who you are.

As for the floors im going to try to get as much doen tomorrow that way I wont have to do it on Sunday and can go racing.
