I had an OK day. It went in the shitter first round of brakets though. Red light.

A little run down on my day. I decided I would try to slow my car down from 6.9's to 7.5 so I could go all out and not worry about getting booted for no roll bar. Added (if my math is right) about 360 lbs. Did none of the little "tricks" and dropped my shift points. Also ran with cutout closed.

I guessed right and my first 3 runs were

7.53 with .094 R/T
7.51 with .014 R/T
7.50 with .057 R/T

Now comes first run of brackets. I ran into this guy with a red Foxbody. You guys may have heard of him. Goes by 05 Saleen on here. Nice to meet you again man!

We line up and I start sleeping at the stage. All of a sudden my lights drop, I wake back up, and I got all excited. Left one light early and it was done. Damn ADD!!!

Had fun. Just a little dissapointed that I did that shit after cutting some good lights. I guess it's been about 4 years since my last braket race. I'll get the rust out and try again.

I got a new best, still not what the truck should be running. I lost in the TDL race though.

Once I get the truck dialed in I'll be calling Morey back out

Congrat's on the new best Mike. That Lightning is FAST! I don't like to win that way. I learned something also. Alway's start out with a fresh bottle.

Anytime you want to run again we will.

Had a great time! Thanks Derreck for giving me some practice runs.

Got knocked out in the 3rd round. Never again will I matt the throttle at the end.

Jay. It was really nice to meet you finally. Camero runs great.

Thats good stuff right there. Randy. How in the hell did you manage to go backwards? I thought you just got that tune from Amazon. Did you get another tune besides that one? I will be running with a new tune starting today to for some other goodies I got going on the truck. They are from JJ at woodbine so I will see how I react to those if I don't like it I will have to get the Big Air and go back to Jim at JDM.
