Probably slow me down. Its used to control the steering wheel from being ripped out of your hand when hitting puddles or following grooves in the road

I was just wondering. Seen them on 4X4's and wondered what they would do at the track. Unless you start getting air under those front tires.

Well I installed the stabalizer last nignt:
First impressions I was very impressed with the ease of install. Anyone with basic hand tools can install this in about 30 mins. After riding around in my neighborhood for a few minutes these are the effects the I noticed: The truck seems to ride smoother even though the suspention hasnt changed b/c there is significantly less vibration coming through the steering wheel. The steering feels a tad bit heavier but its not that noticeable or intrusive. This morning I tested it by hitting a few very large puddles and to my surprise the steering wheel wasnt ripped out of my hand. I havent gotten the chance to test it on some rutted roads yet ( Rivers Ave and others) but if you want more info I can tell you after prolonged testing. In my opinion it is a very good mod, and gets two thumbs up for bang for the buck mod of the year. |
