we couldn't sell 2014 trucks for a week or so until they figured out why they were catching on fire, it was hard to explain that to a customer. Software update fixed it though no worries.

Are we even sure this has anything to do with Chevy?

If it was the battery pack for the light bar (WHY BATTERIES? WHY NOT RUN ON 12V?) then it wasn't manufactured by Chevy.....

that's naming a car after a trim level, really.

really cheapens the heritage of the SS moniker down, to compare a family sedan with the 60's muscle cars.

Yup... its a disgrace to have a 400+hp V8 sedan with SS on it. It really sucks considering they call it an VF Commodore SSV down in australia lol

One of my buddies had a 4.3 s10 ss back in the day. Ran 9.90 like clockwork and outrank another guys 96 mustang gt every time they ran. Lol
