I was working in the shop next door in the warehouse (cargo), so I didn't work directly with him in Ramp.

I just used to go in there to bullshit every once in awhile. I've never heard him say stupid shit. He does like to sprout guys (let them go home early) so he can be the biggest A-hole in the world, but everything is redeemed by sprouting workers.

My last civilian boss didn't even know/care that I existed...so I made up my own work schedule. Come in at 0900, lunch from 1045-1330, then leave work at 1515. Civilian bosses rock....especially when they don't even know what you do. No one knew what I did there...not even me!
