What are the pros and cons to having the front bar going around the dash or through the dash ?
Is it more of a personal preferance or is there some safety factor in there ? Chris

are you talking about the down bar or the dash bar?? either way- in my opinion, it looks like complete ass if the bar is going around the dash. i believe it also loses strength with every bend, which you have alot of when trying to shape it to go around the dash.
If you are talking about your coupe- go through the dash, it's easy to get it through there and looks good. |

yes, please go through the dash. your car is too nice to butcher it with a crazy bar.

Yea newer foxes look better with the bars going through the dash speaker holes. Also the reason for a dash bar, the one that goes behind the dash side to side, is to increase side impact rigidity. It is required in vehicles with removable tranny tunnels, and removable floor board panels...
