Default Show us your garage (Not very 56k friendly)

Basically, let's see where you work on your stuff.

I'll start:

(Unfortunately, the only thing in here that's mine is the toolbox)

Here are a few pics of what sits next to the Viper. Took 2nd place at World of Wheels, in Chicago, to Chip Foose and Troy Trepanier's creation for Joe Rogan. Not too shabby.
Here's what I know about it. She is a '69 Charger RT/SE, 440, Auto, Numbers matching. First car his son painted (Check out the shot down the side). Three years in the restoration.

(Don't ask about the thong. It's an inside thing.)

His name is Dennis. I work with him at Jones and rent basically half of his house. He's another Illinois transplant.

He's pretty cranky, but he doesn't go out a whole lot. Pretty much just works 6 days a week, eats and sleeps. Occasionally goes to the movies. He doesn't really spend a whole lot of time checking out the local car scene.

I am pretty sure he is not. Also, he has been thinking about that show-I believe. Is it inside or outside? Dennis is crazy protective of that car.

that car could fetch probably close to 100k. thats the problem with mopars. no cheap rear wheel drive cars made in the 80s or 90s to build fast cars out of. you can buy a mustang cheaper then the grill of that charger,

the show's are outside. maybe he is not who i thought he was

Heres my current place:

The new place. Close on the 26th.

The current place is 11x21. The new place is 20x20 square so I will have A LOT more room than I do now for the toy. Gonna build part of the new place into the shrine, posters, tv, couch, bar area..Place to hang out, bench race while people are at the house working on the car.

Hey, I came by a while back to look at the sliver coupe with my uncle, Dale Sackman... Did you ever get rid of it?

I know Dale quite well actually, i'm the younger guy (son). We actually still have it. I've be rewiring it and setting things up. We may still be interested in selling it but at the moment we have the intentions of Team Z setup on the whole car. Really just depends whats on the table. If you want you can pm for a way to contact us.

Dale Sackman? Man, he had one of the most beautiful Camaros (black 67-69?) that I can remember (20 something years ago). It ran good too.

Yeah that was the 69, that car was amazing, imagine if he still had it! I used to be afraid of it when I was younger because it was so damn loud. Wille used to tell me how he wanted to buy that car so bad. It's Dale's fault that I am into cars... he has helped me with my car a good bit and has introduced me to some great people who are very helpful. It seem's like everyone knows him

Yeah Dale and Wille are both great guys for sure. Dale got me a job at Hendrick and thats where I met Willie and Andy. Willie is another guy who is VERY helpful, he has helped me out with my car alot over the last two years so I must give him some credit also! Andy isn't so bad either lol.

I wish I had the availability to be a driver for him, I think I would have really like that job. I will have to scan some pictures of his 69 and post them up for yall to see.
