Default Is it ok to "deadhead" nitrous regulator?

Putting together the rest of the nitrous stuff right now and just have a quick question right now.

If I "y" the stock fuel lines to both my regulator for the motor and one to the nitrous regulator (aeromotive 13205) would it be ok that the regulator is deadheaded that way? Even though my Regulator for the motor has a return line going back to the tank as well?

Thank you wes. I was about 98% sure I could. Sometimes I have to ask the dumbest questions just to verify.
