Actually, Saturn, Pontiac, Saab and Hummer are the makes going away. They (GM) want to move GMC Trucks in with Buick dealers. Would like to cut their dealer network in half (down to 3100 stores) over next year or so.

gmc is just a big waste to begin with. What do they offer? Trucks. Ok, same trucks CHEVROLET has, but with GMC logo's everywhere. Same darn thing. Thats a waste of tooling crap right there. Saturn could stay. They offer some ok vehicles for the niche they are in. Pontiac is the "excitement driving" vehicles IMO. Solstice, g6's, g8's, and gto's. BLAH.

Your dad and I figured out that the UAW is responsible for the entire decline of Western civilization.

FALSE

Chrysler is doing some major dealing in order to stay alive. Ford actually only lost 1.2b, when they expected 4 times that. At that pace, can last over a year on its current liquidity-approx 15.5b
