Default First totaled out 2010 camaro ..20 hours old

You read that right. 20 hours old and was rear ended by a 20 year old without a license or insurance .

NOPE. But it could have happened to anybody. Especially the way people drive with no insurance and license. I wonder if the guy driving the car (at fault driver, most likely didn't own that car) was wanting to have someone who has a license say they were at fault.

Hopefully the local police department sent out an actual officer to investigate the accident instead of a "PR" person with a pad and pencil.
