Default is this car riced out?

what makes a truly unique and individualized car, different from a just plain riced out car?

what would you take OFF this car, to make it not "ricey" ??

http://savannah.craigslist.org/cto/1332177770.html

This is a fully customized show car. Do not contact me with SPAM. I am not interested. Only inquiries about the car please.

The color is from House of Colors paint (Cinder Red) is a very unique color. The color looks different during different times of the day. The pin stripe is painted on the car and is one of a kind. The tail lights are skyline type tail lights. The bottom of the tail lights are tinted. The headlights are JDM smoked and the fog lights are ultra white 4?óÔé¼?Ø. The windows are tinted 15% all the way around. The convertible top is about 4 years old. Not leaks at all. The wheels are TSW ultra deep dish 19 x 8 in the front and 19 x 10 in the rear. A fast air/fuel digital meter and 2 color face gauges have been installed. Sony flip face in dash CD player with remote. Mach stereo set up with pioneer speakers. Double stuffed leather seats.

This 306ci 5.0L HO motor had everything taken out of the engine bay and was cleaned and painted. The block, harmonic balancer and crank were machined. The block was x-rayed and bored over 0.030. Crank and harmonic balancer were balance together. New pistons, stage one trickflow cam, new hydraulic lifters, rods, rockers, springs, valves, airflow research heads 165cc, typhoon upper and lower intake, bbk 70mm throttle body, C&L elbow, air meter and intake, stock fuel rails with new ford racing 24lb injectors, 190lph holley fuel pump, MSD billet distributor, MSD coil, MSD ignition box, MSD wires, new chrome alternator, billet camber kit, chrome sway bar, chrome flex radiator hoses, 3.55 gears in rear and up-graded T5 transmission. WOW... I would ditch the body kit, wings, and decal. Less is more in my opinion.

The answer is yes the car is riced out. I would ditch the tail-lights/bodykit/hood/decals/wing and the car would look good again. And $17,500 is a absurd price for that thing.

that car is owned by a guy named anthony and has a powerzone tune in it and is slow as shit. i raced him years ago with my old fox. at one point i think he wanted 20k for that. i told him than he wants way to much for that car and he told me that he has more in it and feels it is worth it. he will not be able to sell it until he comes back to reality

the wing, fenders, hood, front/back bumper, taillights, and wheels...at a minimum need to come off. It is one terrible looking car, none of the crap on it is functional...which makes it that much worse. There is obviously alot of time/money/blood/sweat/tears in that thing...it was just done so poorly

i did sell my silverado to buy a lightning so sounds like my thinking cleared up a bit, besides all cars can't look the same. there is no blueprint for a car everyone likes. some will like some will hate just the way it is.
