Actually Harry, you did vary from the message and proceeded to judge me and my faith with not knowing me at all. I think that was a little non Christian behavior coming from you. Maybe you should clean the wax from your ears and listen to the message again. Unless you like being a hypocrite.

The only cussing is actually using God's name in vein. I never do that and never have. Any other words YOU think are cuss words are man declared cuss words and are not defined in the Bible anywhere. If so please quote Chapter and verse.

I have come to understand that you have a very ascue understanding of things in general. You seem to swist things to fit your argument. Cussing is anything offensive to another human being. I will not try and pretend I know everything Christian related. I was brought up in church and the overall message is to be a good person, respectful to others. I will not try and explain it to you. You obviosly don't get it. The thread was to make a statement and actually says "for those that should heed it's advice". I merely pointed that out to you. So now who is getting all upset over something. You are a self serving, self invovled person who dosn't have to ability to judge himself. Just others.

Ephesians 4:29 Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.

The issue in Eph. 4:29 isn’t just the vocabulary, but also the content of what you are trying to say. You can be just as insulting and rude and morally bad using completely benign language, just as someone can say something rather innocuous and incorrupt using crude language.

FYI, The words we know of today as cuss words were not declared in the Bible as such. They were declared cuss word by man in the 16th century and the 17th century.

Per your definition of a cuss word it could be anything that someone finds offensive. So when I call someone a bald head man and they find it offensive I'm cussing at them? No matter how true it is. It's only because the person got your feelings hurt. oh well, maybe people need to not wear their feeling on their shoulders.
