Default Me vs Larry on the Dyno

Larry wins.

My truck (Blue) vs Larry's truck (Red)

My mods:
Built motor .20 over
Crower Cams
ported heads
Whipple 2.3 6lb Lower 3" upper ~20lbs boost
Supporting mods-AVT Tune

Whaler's mods:
Built motor .30 over
Comp Cams
ported heads
Kenne Bell 2.3 10lb Lower ? Upper ~18lbs boost
Supporting mods-AVT Tune

Hopefully we will both be able to get to the track, and get some numbers that count.

The above graph was our C-16 race setup. We will be running our 93 octane tune tomorrow. Here is what we made with 93 octane.

I'm red this time.

Ok. On this tune, Mike has 12* timing and I have 14*. I also have a 12* tune that is approximately 10hp less than his numbers above.

Smoke and mirrors, fellas. Only the track will tell.

What is your MPH in the 1/8 anyway, if you look at the street tune graph, both your HP is within 5 hp before you get up to over 100MPH, and I'm sure each one of you can make up 5 HP at the light so it should be as an even race as anyone has seen. It all comes down to who is the better dragster, and who ever can get better grip at the light.

Race weight is also another factor.
