What are you trying to do, commit workout suicide? My morning workout consist of (2) consecutive 12oz cups of coffee not one bit more.

funny part is that this is modified (cut in half basically) from the workout i originally saw...

im not in the best of shape really, just dedicated and want to get better... right now i'm 28 and 178 lbs at 5'9 with about 18-19% body fat... i really want to get down to around 165 and 10% or less...

the biggest hurdle is the mental aspect and making yourself finish/working through the pain...

thats where i was 3 years ago... i started out by cutting sodas and fast food and mainly eating baked/broiled/grilled lean meats (chicken and fish mainly) and lots of veggies... trying to work on getting back into that routine currently to get the most benefit from my workouts... my initial workouts back then were nothing more than jogging/walking 1-1.5 miles 3x/week and i dropped 30 lbs in 5-6 months doing this... i went from 38's which were snug to 33-34's... you can do it, you just need to find something that motivates you to want to do it... for me it was joining the military to provide a better life for my family and wanting to set a healthy example for my son to grow up with

suffice to say, i feel your pain... i'm no expert by any means, but if anyone wants help with their diet/exercise program and wants to get back into shap, i will do what i can to help

Ugh. I'd be happy with 190 again. I'm 5'11 218 right now.

i work one 8 hour shift every three days... i have to have something to do with my time besides netflix and the interwebz haha

i think tonight i might go do some interval training, sprints, plyometrics, etc... im dreading the soreness that will come the next day or two and cardio usually helps me fend some of that off
