What are you trying to do, commit workout suicide? My morning workout consist of (2) consecutive 12oz cups of coffee not one bit more.

funny part is that this is modified (cut in half basically) from the workout i originally saw...
im not in the best of shape really, just dedicated and want to get better... right now i'm 28 and 178 lbs at 5'9 with about 18-19% body fat... i really want to get down to around 165 and 10% or less... the biggest hurdle is the mental aspect and making yourself finish/working through the pain...

Ugh. I'd be happy with 190 again. I'm 5'11 218 right now.

i work one 8 hour shift every three days... i have to have something to do with my time besides netflix and the interwebz haha
i think tonight i might go do some interval training, sprints, plyometrics, etc... im dreading the soreness that will come the next day or two and cardio usually helps me fend some of that off
