So I built a boost leak test rig today installed and tested the car, found a few leaks from vacuum lines fixed those. Also found that the fuel injectors are leaking(all 8 of them) on the intake. Went to the autoparts store and picked up a new set of o-rings and got all to seal except for the front one on the driver side. Swapped injectors same thing, pulled it all apart verified the hole was clean round not scared or cracked, even sprayed it out with some starting fluid put it back together still leaks under pressure. It is not leaking under vacuum but with positive pressure its substantial, I sprayed some soap bubble on it and it doesn't bubble it blows the water/soap solution away.
Curious if anyone knows if there is an over sized o ring that I can run or other solution to this?

is your fuel rail pushing the injector far enough into the hole? can you adjust the rail so it will push down more?

Not easily, Ive been contemplated pulling it and opening up the bracket holes to allow the rail to go further down. Although it seems to be seating them as I really cant push the injectors down but they will turn so it doesn't put a lot of pressure on them.

I had to reseat mine a few times to get them all to seal. I got custom Foose racing brackets though as there is no aftermarket bolt on rails for us trucks. Biggest thing for me was making sure the injectors weren't being pressed in at an angle. I'd twist them back and forth while torquing with grease on the rings.

You can try taking one of your existing o-rings to Charleston Rubber and Gasket to try to step up to the next available thicker cross section. They have different durometer (stiffness) materials, also. If a little thicker cross section thickness isn't available or won't quite work, the stiffer material my work. I would recommend viton for the material, though.

Got it to seal finally oblonged the braket holes for the rail, and moved it about 1/8 inch forward and its sealed.
