Default Cylinder head repair opinions

I'm looking at getting a set of heads pretty cheap that have some damage. The PO used self aligning rockers, gouged the valve locks, and dropped one valve. Is this considered a total loss or could it be repaired reasonably? PAR quoted the owner $300-$400 for a fix.

These have approx 2000 miles on them.
more pics available on request.

You will need non-self aligning rockers. I ran self aligning stock lt4 rockers and it caused the damage to the heads. I was not informed of this when I sent the heads out to advanced induction. They "assumed" I would know what they did. Assumptions destroy engines. My loss, your gain.

I paid over $1900 to have these ported and built. Save yourself some serious cash.
