Soon as I get some slicks. I don't think it'll go that fast in the 1/4, but then again I may be wrong...

Watch the drive shaft. I seen 2 of them come out this weekend at NMRA in 5.0 GT Mustangs. That is supposed to be the weak link, the 2 peice drive shaft. I think JPC sells a 1 peice aluminum one..

I'll keep my fingers crossed and get one after I put a 3.4 Whipple in it........one of these days. Probably go with the pulleys and tune first for around the 600 RWD mark.

You just don't know how bad I do want one. But 1) it would be like my 03 Mach 1 and never get drove, and 2) 600 to 700 dollar car payment just doesnt sit good with a kid in college..

Seems like all you guys care about is power, so for the extra money it wouldn't be worth it considering the base GT is sub $30k.

If all your comparing is price tags then it may seem that way. However the Boss comes with a revised intake plenum, cams, tune, interior, suspension, brakes and forged internals just to name a few over the GT. Also only the most basic non optioned GT's will come in under $30k.
