			Yeah. At highway speeds. I'm thinking the water is circulating TOO fast without the thermostat and not staying in the radiator long enough for proper cooling?  Thoughts?

			You need to run a thermostat.  Gives the radiator time to cool  the water.  I used to run one without a thermostat and it never cooled properly.  At the track it is different.  Driving on the street you need a thermostat.
