Why hasn't anyone built a fast SRT-10 yet? Are they just too damn heavy?

The fastest SRT10 anyone knows of runs 10. 9's in the 1/4 and thats with a th400 built motor a huge turbo and tubbed like a pro-mod. The fastest lightning run's 6.7 at 201 mph in the 1/4 and thats on a 281 Cu in mod motor.
