I never understood hunting for sport. I say leave any predator animal alone, unless it is a nuisance like coyotes have gotten lately. The predator is doing what ethical hunters are doing, killing and eating for subsistence.
Now, when it comes to hooved animals, they're pretty tasty! You can apply most any southern recipe to any hooved animal and you got yourself a feast.
