what mods are you doing? honestly, you can't go wrong with going with electech's tune. and if you have any issues, he is local...

if you break it down,

100 goes towards credits
150 towards dyno time.
so he is only making 100 bucks, unless he ownes the dyno.

i can give you tips on how to start you out on tuning, but you would need a wb, (260+shipping).

do you own hptuners?
