401k's are typically a joke because most businesses to save money, they are unmanaged, and most employees either dont know what they are looking at or they dont have the time to look at it daily to keep from loosing their ass. I use Don at Edward Jones in North Charleston, And if he doesnt make me money he doesnt get paid..
