Wernt the 3.27's just a vert thing?

There "should" be a metal tag on the case of the transmission, the numbers after the 1352 will identify the exact model t5 you have if you have any interest in knowing the ratio's or torque capacity

Nice car larry
It has a Hurst shifter that feels decent and has a fairly short shift pattern.

Oh, and that's a good looking coupe you picked up man!
I'm looking at the 245/50/16's like Chris posted in the link. All the 245/50's are 1" wider and 1" shorter than the 225/60/16 Eagle RS-A tires that will be moved to the front. Will that look ok with the rears being shorter? I'm old school and like a "bigger" rear tire. I guess I was thinking "taller", too.

Thanks for all the compliments and help.

I don't think it will be really noticeable. Depending on level of analness. Might feel a little weird in the steering though. I agree with the all around bigger tires out back. Best look on a fox too. I would just go with the setup with the current 225s in the front till they wear out. Then get a smaller ones.

If stock, the car should have 308s. That's what 90% of 5.0s with a stick came with. Just jack the back up and to the rotation inspection to see. Or go the hard way and pull the speedo speeding cable check the color in the trans and then count the teeth on the gear. 308 is yellow in the trans and 18 teeth on the cable.

I have questions for the Mustang guys.
1. It's a 5 speed car. What gear did they use from the factory?
2. The rear tires are 225/60R16's and are like new. The fronts are 215/60R16 and need replacing immediately. The car has been lowered slightly with aftermarket springs. I would like to move the 225's to the front and put something larger on the rear. How big can I go on the factory 5 spoke wheels?
3. Where is the best place to order a few small items such as ash tray door and trunk carpet?
Nice looking car Larry. I would check late model restoration http://www.latemodelrestoration.com/ and CJ Pony parts http://www.cjponyparts.com/Default.aspx for the small parts, I have used both since I bought my notch back in Feb.

Here's a place I found with 17 x 9 4 lug wheels that should fit: http://www.ponyrparts.com/index.php?...roducts_id=195

Give me a call if you want more info: 662-313-9503

Larry's car looks guud, sounds guud. I'm jealous. Turns out this bad boy has 2.73 gears! It oughta run 150 mph lol. Some 3.73's will do nicely!

Thanks. I told you it's slow. That car of yours is a beast! Wait until you get done putting your touch on it, especially some decent tires.

Larry, car is nice. Good seeing you out at the track last night. I also like Shawn's new fox body as well. It should run well when he gets it to hook.

Thanks. It was good to see you too, Will. I was glad to see everyone from CHP, but it was a tough night with Roberts' car and Tara's accident. I wish everyone the best.
