Why no emblem in the front bumper?
how do you use plastic dip, and have you or anyone else used it. does it come out smooth? or do you sand it?

I've used it a lot. Did my front brake ducts, grille, bowtie, an some other small pieces. Also did a front bumper on a Z71. Works awesome.

I originally painted the stuff on my truck, and within 100 miles it was chipped up. Plastidip hasn't chipped in 6000+ miles.

You just mask off, spray a few coats and it's done. Does not come out glossy and u can not clear coat it or sand it. It will however peel right off if you don't like it.

Search YouTube for it. Guys are doing their wheels with it and it works awesome. One guy even did his entire front bumper and rear fenders for a road trip and then peeled it all off instead of putting blue tape on truck.

This guy knows what he is talking about. I've tried every type of paint on my front emblem (plastic) and they have all chipped within 500 miles. I used plasti-dip, and it's just now started showing some chips at about 15K miles (but that's with bahn driving). The elasticity is key in resisting chips.
