What else would you expect from Crook County...oops, I meant Cook County, Illinois?
I believe the Mafia could take over Chicago and run the place with more morals than the current crop of politicians. Just recently in Maryland, IIRC, there was some high level court that made a ruling that videotaping law enforcement was a legal act.
