pre-back injury I was running 14:45 2 mile times for my pt test, now I only walk 2 and a half in 32min or so. Running has always sucked and will probably never do it once I leave the military if I have a choice

Mostly tread mill. But now that the weather is getting better I can start running outside more. I run pretty much where ever.
