i know the rice jokes and all that of course.. but seriously, those cars are alot for them... could you imagine being punished just for modding your car? in countries like that i give them a little benefit of the doubt considering... those cars are worlds above what they usually have in iraq... and as far as speed imagine coming from a place where owning a vehicle period is rare let alone something like that.
