Aquapalooza is not going to happen this year. Lots of permitting was required and the risk was getting larger. Several people entered the water from land with only an intertube and large coolers. The current is strong there and they were hanging on to docks and floated into other groups of boats, while dumping contents from coolers into the water. After they were rescued, they went right back in again.
