Default you need a LOUDER radio on your boat

went to Short Stay on Saturday, counted ~40 boats tied up right outside the swim area.

every third one had a stereo blaring, all on different channels, all different distortion levels.

and most picnics had a car/truck backed up, and blasting weird stuff.

went back Sunday, about 12 boats, one guy had on the country station, his system was weak (no subwoofer?) but it sounded nice with just one boat playing music at a decent level.

i was probably the guy sunday. 16' fish and ski, only one around with radio on and it was country, was low enough to talk to my wife and daughter. anchored about 20ft off the beach next to the swim area.

no clue what time i was there, would say from 10am-1pm before heading up lake. was getting crowded when i left.
