Getting paid for the trees on alot will not happen unless they are very special(old growth) or large acreage tract. Just not econimicaly feezable.
Perk tests are done by DEHC and you can apply at the county healt dept. where the land is located.
You will have to pay a fee, and stake out the location on the lot you want perked. Do more than one so if there is a problem they dont have to make extra trips, costs more.

This is how it worked last time I had it done.
