Default Lastnight at the track

I think I may have figured out Mike's problem by creating my own the same way. I baught 110 octane from the PRIDE in Goose Creek it must have some water in it beacuse my truck was studdering like his. Word to the wise....... don't buy gas from the PRIDE on 52 I belive it has water in it.

Updated: see Bottom post.

I hate to dig up an old thread, but Just a FYI: Pride gas is hit or miss, while I have not had bad gas from there in a while , it seem's as though when they get low you start to get crap gas.

I suggest if you buy their race fuel, you look at it before you put it in your tank. If it's dark purple, your probably OK, if its light blue (like a recent 5 gallons I have got ) its crap.

That sucks.

I wish there was a better source for 110 octane for around 5/gallon.

C-16 @ 12/gal is crazy.

Could request that they stick the tank and check for water......

I was a manager of a MinMart way back in the day and had to do it all the time. When the level of water got to a certain mark, when the dude came to drop fuel he had to pump it out.

jsut a thought
