Are you the owner of Bowman? Or just a spokesman?

As far as I know he is the track promoter with a direct line to the owner. I believe the other Ronald is the owner.

The track is name after the owner deceased son Dwayne. Raymond the owner lives across the street from the track. The guy at the gate is the brother in law.

Nope now that I know there is two of them there is no longer a token white guy. Its impossible to have two token white guys.
